I get chocolate cravings that require an intense chocolate punch. These cookies are just that. I love them because we also test our skills by making homemade Nutella®. You can buy some in a pinch, but this recipe is just too good to pass up. The recipe for the spread can be made a day or two in advance, but be careful not to eat it all before you need it; you will have some extra left over after making the cookies. It really tests your patience and ability to work quickly because the spread thaws quickly.
